David Beatty, B.A., B.Ed., M.A.
David Beatty is a teaching professional with thirty-three years experience as a teacher/administrator with the Calgary Catholic School division in many multicultural schools including First Nations students. He has completed Doctoral session work on Virtual Schooling and Brain-Based learning.
David Beatty, B.A., B.Ed., M.A., is a teaching professional with thirty-three years experience as a teacher/administrator with the Calgary Catholic School District. He has been an Associate at Pitsel and Associates since his “career change”, conducting workshop/seminars for business, governments and post-secondary institutions. David has been a trainer/consultant for Performance Learning Systems based in New Jersey, an Alberta Teachers’ Association Instructor and the Canadian liaison for Drake University of Des Moines Iowa. He has completed Doctoral session work on Virtual Schooling and Brain-Based Learning.
In addition to his work with Pitsel and Associates, David is the Educational Director of the Montreal based Canadian Automobile Academy, a training/consulting firm working in the automobile industry.
David has received the Calgary Catholic’s Excellence in Teaching Award, an Alberta Teachers’ Association Educational Fellowship to persue Doctoral studies, and was nominated for the Pan Canadian Teaching Award.
