Angeline Fitch, Ph. D.

angie-fitch Dr. Angeline Fitch is a psychologist and trainer. She has taught in public schools, colleges, medical facilities, and various types of workplace settings, including a Honda plant, a cable TV network, photo developing shops, and fast food companies. She has also worked in a variety of geographical locations from much of northern Alberta as a consultant to the provincial government to North Dakota, and California. Dr. Fitch was the first woman to be appointed school superintendent in Alberta.

An Alberta [Canada] Chartered Psychologist since 1978, Angeline received her B.A. in Psychology and her M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Calgary. For her Ph. D., she specialized in Personnel Management Development at The University of Oregon, receiving her degree in 1988.

Dr. Fitch is a certified Imago Therapist, Advanced Clinician and Workshop Presenter (Getting the Love you Want and Keeping the Love you Find). She uses Imago Therapy principles in individual and couples therapy.

Dr. Fitch has conducted classes at the University of Calgary, University of North Dakota, and the University of San Francisco in the areas of:

  • psychology and counselling
  • research design and interpretation
  • communication, leadership and supervisory skills
  • dealing with change in organizations

Most recently, she has worked with individuals of various ages who are experiencing difficulty due to learning disabilities including Attention Deficit Disorder. Angeline is expert in the use of a variety of diagnostic techniques, including some computerized testing.

Dr. Fitch is a qualified hypnotist.
